Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Urban 360 Services, we value our customers and strive to provide reliable, transparent, and satisfying service experiences at all times. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy has been designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth processing for every client who avails our services. Customers are eligible to cancel a service request before the assigned team is dispatched to the service location or within 12 hours of booking, whichever is earlier.

In cases where cancellation is made within the permitted time period, the customer may opt for a full refund or credit of the same value to be used against future service bookings. Once the service team has been dispatched or work has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted and refund claims will not be processed. For prepaid bookings, partial deductions may apply if materials or equipment have already been procured specifically for the customer’s requirement.

If a customer is not fully satisfied with the quality of service provided, Urban 360 Services requests that concerns be reported within 24 hours of service completion so that the issue can be verified and resolved promptly. Depending on the nature of the concern, Urban 360 Services may choose to re-perform the service, provide a substitute solution, or approve a partial refund at its sole discretion. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Bookings made during promotional campaigns, discounted packages, seasonal offers, or membership subscriptions are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled once based on availability. Urban 360 Services reserves the right to cancel scheduled bookings under conditions that are beyond operational control, including sudden unavailability of technicians, safety hazards, or extreme weather conditions

. In such rare scenarios, the customer will receive a full refund or may reschedule without additional charges. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate information at the time of booking and facilitating access to the service location; failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. By booking and availing our services, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy, which may be updated periodically to reflect operational improvements or regulatory requirements.
