Prices, quotations, and service details provided on the website, application, promotional materials, or verbally are indicative and may vary at the time of final booking based on service type, location, additional requirements, and on-ground assessment. Payments must be made through approved payment modes, and pending dues must be cleared before or immediately after service completion as applicable.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, incorrect information provided by the user, non-availability of resources, or violation of policies. While Urban 360 Services strives to maintain high professional standards, the Company shall not be liable for indirect loss or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, operational downtime, loss of income, or dissatisfaction resulting from unavoidable delays, third-party involvement, or external factors beyond our control. Users must ensure safe working conditions at the service location and disclose all relevant information regarding premises and equipment before service begins.
Any warranty or guarantee on services or materials shall apply only if expressly mentioned in writing and will not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, or natural wear and tear. Cancellations must be requested within the stipulated timeline as per booking policy; late cancellations or no-show charges may apply. For personalized products, customized orders, or special labor-based services, advance payments made are non-refundable.
The Company may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. All user details collected during service requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and shall not be misused or shared without authorization except where required for legal or operational purposes. Any dispute arising out of use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the Company is registered. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue accessing or using Urban 360 Services immediately.
